This first step builds a foundation and creates a vision for the success of the project. In order to do this we work together with you to understand your business & target market goals. This fieldwork is critical in determining your company’s objectives and as the requirements are collected, a ‘picture’ of the project’s scope begins to emerge.
In step two we move on to creating an action plan that will guide us to our goals. We evaluate and brainstorm the project with key team members and conduct project research. By determining how the requirements will be satisfied, identifying which technological platforms will be utilized, defining the user experience, charting calendar milestones, and qualifying the success measures we can create a guide to success for your project.
In step three we turn your business and user goals into business and user solutions! This is the part of the process where the work is executed. Using the documents created in the previous step we create the project to specification. This stage includes client-side review cycles and quality assurance procedures to ensure that objectives are met and the project is a success.
In step four the project is ready to be deployed. We provide you with the necessary training and documentation, as well as activate any necessary support contracts. Marketing strategies are set in motion and all stakeholders prepare for the release of the project. The project is launched.
In the final step we review the project’s success. All the stakeholders evaluate the progression of the project from step one to step four. What were some of the challenges faced? What does the user feedback and other measurement indicators tell us? At this point future developments are considered and evaluated and the project is complete.
