A multimedia producer for 14 years, Leigh has held several senior management positions in the technology industry. In 1997 as president and founder of a young start-up technology firm he was awarded a "Canadian Young Entrepreneur of the Year" award. Leigh is a graduate with honours of the prestigious Vancouver Film School's New Media Program which is regarded as one of the top multimedia schools in the world. Today, as President of Netgenetix Media, he provides valuable insight, direction and focus to Netgenetix Media's present and future product and service offerings. Leigh consistently demonstrates his ability to articulate a clear vision for his company and brings to Netgenetix Media a wealth of knowledge in the web solutions industry.
Paul Knox | Sales and Client Services
With over 32 years sales and management experience, Paul joins Netgenetix Media with the business skills and perspective of a seasoned professional. His diverse career is built upon a foundation of operations management, followed by a successful sales career in business telecommunications and hardware solutions. His formal training in computer information systems from Kwantlen University College, as well as his affinity to work directly with clients to help them achieve their specialized goals, will serve him well in his role as Sales and Client Services Manager. He brings to Netgenetix Media an enthusiasm to provide customer solutions with integrity, trust, and commitment.
Eric Mui | Technology Director / Senior Developer
A Netgenetix pillar for over 6 years, Eric has completed a Higher Diploma in Systems Analysis, a Diploma in Computing Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Certificate in Database Development from the City University of Hong Kong. Eric is an A+ and Network+ Certified Professional by the Computer Technology Industry Association (CompTIA), and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA). In addition to his numerous designations, Eric also brings over 17 years of systems and software development experience on multiple computer platforms with specialties in online transactional-based applications. Eric was the lead innovator of the real-time Hang Seng Index, automated credit card authorization processing and treasury trading application in a leading bank in Hong Kong. Eric also has 5 years of teaching experience in high-tech and computer related courses.
Jessica Doig | Project Manager
Jessica comes to Netgenetix with experience guiding complex website projects for clients all over North America. She has a rock-solid understanding of content management solutions, ecommerce, email marketing campaigns, flash presentations, blogs, and search engine optimization. Her formal education includes a Bachelors Degree in Science from the University of British Columbia and an MBA at University Canada West. She has a reputation for commitment to excellence through attention to detail. With her combined knowledge of business best practices and value-added web technologies, she can effectively help you achieve your business goals for your website. As your project manager Jessica assists the stakeholders in articulating the project's vision, drafts the functional specifications and ensures that the project stays focused. Jessica is also responsible for maintaining Netgenetix Media's commitment to exceptional quality while delivering the work on time and on budget.
John Hallett | Project Manager / Software Architect
With over 13 years experience in online software production, John brings to Netgenetix a wealth of in-depth application design knowledge; from e-Banking through e-Learning. Specializing in enterprise web application design, he has painstakingly built a reputation for delivering solid, dependable, innovative, software on time and on budget. John's formal education includes a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia, which provides him with the theoretical backing to tackle any sized project. As your project manager, John handles the day-to-day operations of the project as well as the analysis, specification, and architecture of the project's design, feature-set and functionality.

Jeff started with Netgenetix in 2007 and has quickly woven himself into the fabric of our company! Jeff is a highly skilled web developer who has a formal education in new media development. With several years experience, he has built web sites for small businesses right through to multi-thousand page portals for larger corporations. Jeff has that rare combination of technical know-how and a keen eye for design.
